Connect your AI assistant to Valuations
Give Claude or ChatGPT permission to create valuations, inspect financial data and editable assumptions, attach evidence links, and report the recalculated value.

Set up in Claude
- 1Open Claude and go to Customize > Connectors.
- 2Select the plus button, then choose Add custom connector.
- 3Name the connector "Valuations" and paste the MCP endpoint shown above.
- 4Select Add, then Connect. Sign in to Valuations and approve read and write access when the authorization page opens.
- 5In a conversation, use the plus button > Connectors and enable Valuations.
Set up in ChatGPT
- 1Open ChatGPT on the web and make sure your workspace allows developer mode for custom MCP apps.
- 2Go to Settings > Apps > Advanced settings and enable developer mode if it is available to your account.
- 3Choose Create app, enter the MCP endpoint shown above, and select OAuth authentication.
- 4Scan the tools, complete the Valuations sign-in prompt, and create the app.
- 5Enable the new Valuations app in a chat before asking it to read or update a valuation.
What happens during authorization
The connector opens the Valuations sign-in page and requests permission to read and update valuations for your account. Your AI client receives an OAuth token, not your password. Disconnect the connector in Claude or ChatGPT to revoke its access.
Write actions can change assumptions and recalculate a valuation. Review the proposed inputs and evidence links in the Base Valuation tab after an update.
